Progress! I’m really excited for this painting, man.
It’s a two-part piece! With the first being the calm, contained figure (which is now finished); and the second being the one in mid-explosion. That one is going to be a bit more of an art installment, I’m going to hold it together by a board in the back, with paint and strings and cut-out paper organs connecting the canvas pieces together. It’s going to be a bit of a challenge, but it’s going to be really fun!
I’m really pleased with the three-dimensional effect so far!
